🌿 Welcome to March: Awakening the "Green Fire" 🌿
They say March comes in like a lion, but for the BAHA community in 2026, it comes in like a Fire Horse hitting its stride. As the days lengthen and the first shoots break through the frost, we are witnessing the return of the "Green Fire", that irrepressible life force (or Prana) that drives all growth and renewal.
In January, we set our intentions. In February, we aligned our hearts. Now, in March, it is time to emerge.
This month, we explore the theme of Vitality and Action. Just as the Earth undergoes a massive chemical and energetic shift during the Spring Equinox, we too are being called to "Spring Clean" our mindsets and clear away any lingering winter stagnation.

🌱 The Green Fire: Planting Seeds for a New Reality
As the spring equinox approaches, the Earth is performing a masterclass in transformation. After months of quiet hibernation, the "Green Fire" of life is surging back into the soil. For us as healers and creators, this isn't just a change in the weather; it is a biological and spiritual invitation to break through our own "surface" and reach for the light.
The Biology of Renewal
Science shows us that as the days lengthen, the increase in sunlight triggers a reset of our circadian rhythms. This shift affects our pineal and pituitary glands, flushing out the melatonin-heavy "winter fog" and replacing it with the vitality of serotonin and vitamin D.
Just as a seed requires the right environment to germinate, our internal "seeds" - our goals, our healing practices, and our mindset - require us to cultivate the right internal environment. If we remain stuck in winter's stagnation, we miss the natural momentum the universe is providing right now.

This new map will directly address that need, serving as an invaluable resource for the public to easily locate BAHA-accredited practitioners.

To ensure every eligible member feels comfortable listing their practice, we have designed the map submission with flexibility. You do not need to provide your exact street address to be included on the map.

💡 Beacon of Influence: Allan Kardec – The Pioneer of Spiritism
As we celebrate the "Spring Awakening" of 2026, we look back to a figure who brought a new season of light to the study of the soul. Allan Kardec (the pen name of Hippolyte Léon Denizard Rivail) was a French educator and philosopher who, in the mid-19th century, moved beyond scepticism to decode the laws governing the spirit world.
The Science of the Soul
Kardec didn't just "believe"; he investigated. He applied a rigorous, pedagogical approach to mediumship, resulting in the foundational The Spirits' Book. For our BAHA community, his legacy is vital because he sought to prove that healing and spiritual communication were not "supernatural" anomalies, but natural laws of the universe that we are only just beginning to map.
